Joe is responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing for RepCo including recruiting, training and development, territory assignments, and quota management. Joe has over 15 years Telecom experience in the Residential D2D and Commercial outside sales industry. In 2006, he went to work for Verizon corporate to help develop their Residential Door to Door initiative. In less than a year, after developing in-house teams, he was promoted to Regional Manager D2D Alternate Channels. In 2007, he earned the Telecom Leaders Circle award for top 1% in the nation. Joe was instrumental in the design and development of the fiber optic residential door to door sales initiative. He helped develop the Multi-Dwelling Unit program. Joe has worked on both the Agent and Corporate side, allowing him to understand and deliver exactly what is required for an organization to meet the client's expectations. Joe has developed top performing teams in California, Florida,
Chicago, Oregon, Washington, New York, Philadelphia, D.C., Texas, Massachusetts, and Nevada. His extensive network and track record make him the ideal candidate responsible for developing a winning national sales organization.
